Season booking algorithm

This went away in no time! The algorithm did the job and gave a very good suggestion. It is also very easy to make adjustments and adaptations afterwards. The solution's weekly overview, where you have all the rental properties gathered on one page and can scroll down to see the times, is very nice. I think the calendar is very easy to use, and gives a very good overview of allocated times. A completely different world from what I am used to from before! Read about the project here

We have a number of sports facilities that are available for rent to the residents. And it is extremely time-consuming for us to assign times to teams and associations using Excel sheets. This takes anywhere from 50 to 90 hours in total. So in collaboration with Gibbs AS and other municipalities. Have we tackled the challenges and solved this by automating the allocation. After the applications have been received, there is only one button for us to press. The algorithm assigns in the blink of an eye. For us, this means reduced time consumption and fair allocation to the applicants. Read about the entire project here

We currently use excel sheets for organizing and assigning repetitive/fixed training times to teams and associations. It is difficult to assign times. Especially when there is little hall capacity and many applicants.
Together with Gibbs, we have automated the award! This solution is definitely going to change the way we organize and allocate fixed training times in the future and save us considerable resources that we can use for value creation.
