Price:
Members: NOK 50 per person per hour.
Non-members: 100 NOK per person per hour.
Children: Free
Minimum rental price: 100kr
Membership: 300kr per person per year. If you want membership now, it will apply to 2024 and 2025.
You must be 18 years old to rent the sauna.
Useful information: When the sauna is to be heated, it takes about an hour. To get a good temperature in the sauna, it is advisable to split the wood into small logs. There is a manual log splitter and sledgehammer by the wood. It will be important to add wood regularly during the first hour.
Swimming socks are recommended! They can either be purchased on your own or borrowed from BUA, Sira.
The bathhouse has space for 8 people.
There is little light on the way down and by the sauna. Please bring a flashlight!
All use of the sauna is at your own risk.
Parking:
Park in Osen on the right side of the boat ramp, well out of the way. If there is no available parking, you can park at the marina.
It is not advisable to drive a motorized vehicle further than the boat ramp in Osen.
Sauna rules:

2. Use a towel: It is recommended to sit on a towel in the sauna room to protect the bench and to absorb sweat.
