THE BIRE SHELTER
Simple uninsulated campfire cabin suitable for several people/school classes. No beds, but the possibility of hanging hammocks.

GENERALLY
The cabin is self-service and only has supervision. Renters must ensure cleaning themselves, so that the cabin is left in the same condition as on arrival.

HEATING & FOOD PREPARATION
The cabin contains a large wood stove which requires a lot of fuel to heat the room. Food preparation works best on the grill outside (price per sack of wood NOK 80).

TOILET
There is a public toilet about 75 meters from the cabin.

WATER
There are boreholes with clean water from a hand pump in the common area.

SEASON
The cabin can basically be rented all year round, but the way in from the car park remains not plowed.

LOCATION & ACCESS
Laundal is located in the far north-west of Farsund by Oppoftevannet, near the Oppoftekrysset on the E39.
