Who can rent and for how long?

The housing association has two guest dormitories (6th floor in no. 96 and 8th floor in no. 98). The dormitories are approx. 16 km2 in size and has a bathroom, small entrance hall and bedroom. Both guest dormitories have two beds with mattress toppers with covers, bedspread and two decorative pillows. The dormitories also have 3 units. head pillows and 3 pcs. quilts. There is wireless internet in the guest dormitories. As a resident of the Collective, you can rent one or both dormitories to your own guests. Normally, you cannot rent a guest dormitory for longer periods than a week. Contact the board if you are in a special situation and have other needs.

Price and cancellation/refund

The dormitories cost NOK 250/night. Bookings that are canceled at least 1 week before the date are refunded. Bookings canceled later than this will not be refunded.

Cleaning:

See terms and conditions. The dormitory must be cleaned and be in the same condition as it was found. In the event of lack of cleanliness, you may be asked to rectify or wash. If necessary, the unit owner may be invoiced for additional washing. When the rental period is over, the tenant must fill in a checklist that confirms that the guest dormitory has been properly cleared and cleaned. Check-in/Check-out and general info:

You book via our website and pay immediately. You will receive a code by e-mail and SMS to the key box (on the wall by the laundry room in no. 96) shortly before the date of your stay to retrieve the key. You hand in the key to the same key box when you check out. The tenant must use their own bed linen, towels, toilet paper and detergents/equipment. You book via our booking solution in Gibbs and receive a payment link for payment. You will receive a code for the key box (Veggen by the washroom in 96) by e-mail and SMS before check-in.

Key must be delivered in the same key box that you collected the key in. No later than 11:00!
