Description of Dormitory:

Our guest dormitory is a comfortable shared room that is available for rent exclusively to residents and their guests in Borettslaget Heimdal II, with a limit of a maximum of 6 nights per booking. The dormitory, which has recently been renovated, is located in the basement of Heimdalsgata 37. You can find it by going down the basement stairs, turn right and then the first door on the left, marked "Guest dormitory".

Facilities:

• Large double bed (160 cm) and a sofa bed.
• Upgraded kitchen with hob, fridge, dishwasher, as well as cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cooking equipment.
• Sauna available at no extra charge; activated with timer at the entrance.
• Note: Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels and toilet paper are brought by the tenant.

Booking rules:

• Booking must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to ensure access management.
• Enter the unit number in the housing association in the message field during the booking.
• Only associated unit owners/tenants in the housing association and their guests can rent the dormitory.
• Bookings that do not meet these requirements will be canceled without refund.
• In case of cancellation, a fee of NOK 200 is charged for administration.

Internet access:

Wi-Fi is available; the password can be found on the back of the router by the window.

Access to Key:

The key fob can be collected from the Easypick system at the checkout in the convenience store at Heimdalsgata 33 during the store's opening hours. The collection code is sent via e-mail before the rental period starts. If you have not received it, feel free to contact us via [email protected].

Key delivery takes place at the same location at the Easypick terminal in the convenience store at Heimdalsgata 33.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in: After 15:00
• Check out: No later than 12:00

Washout: Renters are responsible for cleaning after use:

• Remove all food from cupboards and fridges, which must be left clean.
• Wash and dry all kitchen utensils and put them back in place.
• Clean surfaces, vacuum and wash floors.
• The bathroom and toilet must be washed thoroughly.
• Rubbish must be emptied and the window closed.
• The panel oven is set back to 16 degrees and the window air vents are opened.

ATTENTION: If washing or cleaning is not carried out, we charge this to the tenants.
