There are several different meeting rooms at Herredshuset that can be used for various purposes.
The first floor has adapted access for wheelchair users and an adapted toilet.

The kitchenette on the first floor is available to everyone who uses the meeting room at Herredshuset.
In the kitchenette there is a fridge, coffee maker, kettle etc.

On the second floor there is a kitchen suitable for preparing food.
The kitchen is directly connected to the dining room on the 2nd floor and is not suitable for use if the dining room is reserved for another purpose.

Meeting room 1st floor
Long table with space for approx. 10 chairs around.
There are several chairs available in the room.
No technical equipment is installed in this room.

The boardroom 1st floor

The room can be divided in the form of sliding doors, with separate access to each part.

The dining room 2nd floor
Stair access only
Direct access to the kitchen - can be rented with/without a kitchen.
Number of chairs: approx. 50

Number of chairs: approx. 35 sofas + chairs in groups
Wall-mounted TV for easy viewing

Meeting room 2nd floor

Information about booking
Registered teams and associations use the target group discount "Team and association" when booking.
For other booking requests, "Other target group" is used. Until now, this group will only have the option of renting when invoicing by agreement with the service office. Target group discounts for teams and associations do not apply at weekends.

All bookings must be approved by the service office.

Until further notice, you must pick up the key tag at the service office the day before/or the same day as the rental. The tag can be dropped off in the mailbox at City Hall after use.

Vi har ikke åpnet for booking i helger i bookingløsningen. Lag og foreninger belastes for bruk i helger med leiesats som beskrevet over.
