The main house is rented out to holidaymakers throughout the year. The 2nd floor is being rebuilt so that there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. There is also room for an extra cot in the master bedroom. Pictures will come when this is finished, in mid-May,

There is also an Annex of 65m2, with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen/living room which can be rented.

Booking is done at gibbs.no, but this is delayed, and is expected online in the first week of March. Just sending a message until further notice. We will publish more information and pictures continuously. There will, among other things, wood-fired sauna for the farm, which will be placed by the water. The date for this is not yet clear.

Own jetty 100 m from the house is included and it is possible to rent the country house boat that belongs to the property, a Bella 515 with 75 HP Mercury. There is also a small sailboat with a lowering keel that can be rented, and a selection of kayak and canoe units will also be available in May.

2-300 meters north from the main house you will find the property's beautiful sandy beach, which is also used by the cottagers in the area. It is possible to charge an electric car at a point from the garage.

The holiday homes are located on Chilifarmen Løkken Gård near Papperhavn, which is a well-known place on Hvaler.

The property is rented out by agreement.

Description of room

Main house. Fireplace living room with Chesterfield lounge, TV and small office space. Dining room in old farm style. Great kitchen with all facilities. New Mitsubishi heat pump in kitchen that lasts well, and the heat spreads to the whole house from there. Also cools. Large bathroom with new floor with heating. New washing machine, shower cubicle and dehumidifier for drying clothes indoors.

Today there are two large bedrooms with 4 beds on the second floor. We plan to expand to 3 bedrooms and 6 beds in mid-May. See photos of the main house and the rest of the property.

Location

There are many well-known coastal paths in the immediate area that really attract nature lovers. Guttormsvauen and Kuvauven are Hvaler's finest sandy beaches/bathing spots, but incredibly clear water and a nice water temperature since it is deep into both wedges. Both in a nature reserve, a few minutes' walk from the farm.
You can walk, run or use a mountain bike in the area on the trails. The area is also very exciting for kayaking, both inside Vauerkilen and outside Papperhavn in the open sea. It will be possible to rent a kayak, (perhaps also a canoe, SUP board) or a small sailboat that is already in place.
