At Svindal, there is a canoe base with 8 canoes. canoes for hire. Oars and vests are stored in a locked storage room (key code will be sent when booking). The rent is based on a 24-hour basis, you must place an order for each day.
The nearly 5 km long Oppoftsvannet lies in scenic surroundings in Farsund municipality, and stretches from Svindal in the south to Oppofte in the north. The area is suitable for recreation and is suitable for families with children. One possibility is to combine the paddling trip with a hike to the outdoor area at Laundal. Then you paddle about 2.5 km to Laundalstrand, then you walk the about 800 meter long path up along the stream to Laundal. Here it is arranged with a toilet, fire pit and barbecue facilities.
