Grendehuset has bright and pleasant premises for hire which are suitable for arranging birthdays, confirmations, weddings, Christmas tree parties and various meeting activities.

Grendehuset's 1st floor consists of a living room where you can set the table for approx. 50 people. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge. There are two toilets, including one disabled WC with changing table. The main hall has air conditioning and a music system available with connection for a mobile phone via bluetooth and AUX cable. A wheelchair ramp and projector are available for loan.

Kitchen with the following equipment: Freezer, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and cutlery for approx. 50 people with associated kitchen equipment.

Grendehuset is centrally located in Skjetten with a short distance to a shopping centre, petrol station and bus stop. There are possibilities for parking. Ask for a parking card.

Cancellation:

Cancellation fee - more than 3 weeks before rental NOK 200
Cancellation fee - less than 3 weeks before rental no refund is given.

Other:

Tenants with financial interests must apply to rent Grendehuset. A separate rental agreement and price is determined.

Rental of a projector and speaker is included in the rental price.

The lower age limit for renting Grendehuset is 25 years. By confirming that you have read the conditions, you also confirm that the tenant meets this requirement.
