The Røde Korshuset has bright and pleasant premises for hire that are well suited for arranging birthdays, baptisms, confirmations, weddings, Christmas tree parties and various meeting activities.

Røde Korshuset's is on one level and consists of a living room, a hall, a meeting room, a kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, oven, dishwasher, freezer and cooling corner. There is a bathroom with a shower and two toilets, one of which is a disabled toilet with a changing table. The main hall has a ventilation system and projector available with connection for a mobile phone via WiFi and PC via HDMI cable. A wheelchair ramp and projector are available for loan. NB! Unfortunately, the entrance is not adapted for wheelchair users. Contact us if you need a wheelchair ramp.

The main hall has plenty of space and there is approx. 70 chairs, 23 "small tables" and 6 large tables. The hall has a projector. There is also a speaker with a microphone inside the ventilation room that can be used.

The living room has a sofa, chairs and table. This can be used for smaller events

The meeting room has a table and chairs with room for 12 as the layout states. The room can be changed to both a classroom layout and other solutions to accommodate more people. The meeting room has WiFi, projector, camera and sound system.

Kitchen with the following equipment: Industrial oven, Freezer, cooling corner, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers and cutlery with associated kitchen equipment.

Røde Korshuset is centrally located in Finnsnes with a short distance to a shop, petrol station and bus stop. Parking is available, but there is a very limited number of spaces.

Cancellation fee - less than 3 weeks before rental no refund is given.

Other:

Tenants with financial interests must apply to rent the Røde Korshuset. A separate rental agreement and price is determined.

Rental of a projector and speaker is included in the rental price.

The lower age limit for renting the Røde Korshuset is 25 years. By confirming that you have read the conditions, you also confirm that the tenant meets this requirement. As a general rule, alcohol or other intoxicants are not permitted in the premises or outside on the property, nor are intoxicated persons allowed to stay in or near the premises. Exceptions apply to certain events such as e.g. weddings etc. If you wish to have alcohol in the venue, you must send us a complaint, the board will then assess the application and make a decision as to whether alcohol should be legal. Violation of this will result in exclusion from the premises and a report to the police.

ATTENTION! The premises are only available during the selected time period, preparation, washing, cleaning etc. must be carried out during the selected time period. When the period is over, the code will no longer work on the door lock. Are you going to rent for confirmation? There is often a struggle to find premises and confirmation is often held on both Saturday and Sunday. Our premises can be booked for either Saturday or Sunday, otherwise the premises can be reserved for the whole weekend from Friday to Sunday, this is a great solution for e.g. weddings, birthday parties, Christmas parties etc. See example below for solution
