Camilla is the serving and party room in the Collective. The venue can be rented for birthdays, confirmations, baptisms/name days etc.
REMEMBER THAT THE BOOKING APPLIES FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT DAY AT 12:00. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOK TWO WHOLE DAYS, YOU MUST CHOOSE FOR THE MORNING AFTER. Also write the time for heating in the room when you book.
If you need decorations the night before your party, let us know in easy-to-use before you book so you don't have to pay for two days.
For example, if you are going to have Camilla all Saturday and all Sunday, you must choose from Saturday to Monday. If you are going to have camilla on Friday, choose Friday TO Saturday.
(The salon must not be used for children's birthdays)
Camilla is equipped with wireless internet, projector, screen and speakers.
Camilla can only be rented by residents of the Collective for themselves, family and close friends. The resident who rents Camilla must be present himself and is responsible for the tenancy. Unfortunately, the premises are not rented out to private individuals outside the housing association. The rent does not include cleaning.
Outsiders (including residents who rent on behalf of a workplace/organisation) can rent the premises for meetings, courses etc. for NOK. NOK 2,000. Only residents can use the booking calendar, others must send a request via Lettsyrt.
All tenants must follow rules and routines when renting. You will find rules and routines here.
Residents who rent Camilla must also be familiar with how the premises work, and the board has therefore prepared a rental folder where you will find everything you need to know when you rent the premises. You can find the binder here.
When the rental period is over, the tenant must fill in a checklist that confirms that Camilla has been properly cleared and cleaned. You can find a digital version of the checklist HERE. A paper version is available at Camilla.
Please keep the noise and sound level as low as possible and remember the house rules for quiet from 10 p.m. Violation of the rules may prevent you from renting in the future.
